EPMAutomate: Some Commands not Recognized on Server

Some commands do not work on the server, but work on my local machine

We are setting up our standard automation process to read in variables from the server to perform a Data Management load.

My script runs fine, it is able to login, run a business rule, run a dataload rule and such...However, the command "getSubstVar" does not get recognized, and fails...I tried running it separately on our server and I get an Invalid Command return...I also got it with the "upgrade" command...I tried reinstalling EPMAutomate from the server, but the same issue happened.
