IGNORE mappings causing data load error

edited Jan 29, 2020 6:28PM in Account Reconciliation 13 comments

Summary

IGNORE mappings for reconciliation compliance are causing a data load error during the "import data" step within the ARCS UI

Content

We have mappings that are Like mappings, such as "4* to IGNORE", to ignore P&L lines in our reconciliation compliance data loads. These mappings were working previously and work in one of our three locations. However, the other locations are now getting an error when we try to load data. The import and validate steps within data management are completed successfully and the error occurs when we run "Import Data" within the ARCS interface.

I have attached a screenshot of the error but it just states that "IGNORE" is an invalid mapping. Is anyone else experiencing this or can anyone provide a work-around? This issue only occurs in our test environment. I submitted an SR yesterday but have gotten no helpful responses.
