Hi All,

We load GL data from ERP to EPM and ERP is on oracle Fusion cloud. we do have direct integration from ERP to EPM in data management. Recently actual data load rules for the BS/IS (Balance sheet/Income statement) were failed in the test, showing up following error message in the log. (In production all are fine)

Exception: java.lang.Exception: The rest service request has failed: 415 Unsupported Media Type -

As a resolution step, I ran "Refresh members/Metadata" for the target application (EPM) and processes were completed successfully. However for the source application (i.e.ERP-GL), "Refresh Members" process was failed throwing out the same error as mentioned above.
