Summary

Customers that have configured Single Sign-on with EPM Cloud will need to reconfigure their IdP

Content

Applicability:

This is an important notice for customers that have configured Single Sign-on with EPM Cloud.  For several weeks now, your Administrators have been receiving emails from Oracle similar to the one attached.

Summary:

Oracle is updating the Identity Management Service Provider certificate for EPM Cloud services because the old certificates are set to expire shortly.  If you recall, when you configured SSO for you EPM Cloud Identity Domain, you imported your Identity Provider (idP) metadata into Oracle Cloud Identity Management.  At the same time, you also imported Oracle Cloud Identity Management metadata into your IdP.  You must now reconfigure your IdP with new Oracle Cloud Identity Management metadata if you wish to continue offering Federated Authentication (SSO) to your users.
