Automating Data Loads

Need info on automating data loads for monthly close process

Hi, 

I have created the import format, rule and location etc. in data management which when executed load the data in ARCS.

When I try to load through ARCS the only option that I get is to choose Location.

There is a way defined to create batches with file-name specifying the load parameters, if I use that then does that mean that users will not have to load the monthly load.

 

My basic question is what are the different strategies one can use to automate the monthly data load during the close process so that the admin doesn't have to go into the system and load data. Is there a way to automate the process
