Is there a way to notify people when they get PDH access ?

Notify people when Product Data Steward and Product Manager roles are assigned to them.

Hi,

Users are sending request to give them PDH access through emails or communication channel. After once they are assigned with roles, we need to confirm them back.

Is there a way to notify people when new roles are added to them specific to module access.

Something similar when we give access to work space or G-drive. This could be an email from fusion instance or bell icon notification on home screen.

 

This might not be correct forum, but my requirement is specific to PDH and can be generalized.
