Create SCP Cloud Integration Views Requests end in Materialized View Errors

MSCCLRFS: APS Collections Refresh Snapshot Thread, triggered by the Extract Program in EBS ends in Error ORA-12057

We are running Extract Program  : Extract data for Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud

The Profile MSC:Source Setup Required = Yes 

When we run this program, all requests complete file till the request : Create SCP Cloud Integration Views runs, Once this request runs , the child requests complete in error. Not all requests end in error, only few end in below error. Have run the request multiple times, and the same views end in error. 

Tried resetting the profile and rerunning the request but same results. Attached the program details and complete error.
