Termination Date Using Column Reference

Summary

Get a greater than term date if business unit = this

Content

UPDATE:  I have attached a copy of the XML of the original report.  My goal is to only bring back termination dates >8.31.19 for Rideout Memorial Hospital (Business Unit), otherwise bring back Termination Date.  Any help is appreciated.

Just a note:  The Business Unit field has been customized so if you want to use a different BU to validate the formula that would be great.

I have a term report and I am trying to tell it to bring back term dates greater than 8/31/19 if Business Unit = XYZ, otherwise just bring back the term date...  I keep getting a syntax error.  I know it has to be just a simple miss but can't seem to figure it out.

Howdy, Stranger!
