Monitor Process details using SQL - can't find Process 'Name'

Hi

Have scripted the process requests to include all parameter details into an audit report but am unable to a link to the process name. For example, the Metadata Name holds a value of 'APXIAWRE' but I can't find the join to it's Name of 'Initiate Invoice Approval Workflow'.

I found the at fusion.ess_request_history.NAME holds some values but not all and couldn't find a reference to it in fusion.ess_request_property.

Have attached a screenprint of the fields in question along with my amateur script and would appreciate a steer to the answer, please.
