Initial Performance Events not Generating In RMCS

Hi Team,

We are working on RMCS Implementation Project.When we are uploading the Contract, we are unable to Generate the "Initial Performance Events".While Searching through through the meta link, we had followed the directions shared in the Document ID "How To Derive Accounting Entries For IPE Event Using Extensible Character Line Attribute In VRM (Doc ID 2421312.1)" and the Document ID "How To Derive Initial Performance Event Accounting Entries Based On Performance Obligation Attributes? (Doc ID 2506584.1)" 

But when we checked in the Backend tables, the "Performance Obligation Attributes" column is "Blank" and system is not generating the "Initial Performance Events".
