Admin intervention necessary when deploying latest SV


We are trying to get all enterprise users onto the same version of Smart View.  We currently have at least 3 versions floating around on different OS and office versions.  User base profile is mostly non-admin, so they do not have rights to C:\Oracle.  This has been causing issues when trying to uninstall old / install new versions of Smart View. Most common error is 1321:  Insufficient privileges to modify file on C:\.  This has occurred when users try to uninstall / reinstall from Software Center or when out IT folks are trying to push with SCCM/group policy.
