SCO's not registering completions

SCO's not registering completions

Content

HI,

We have a 3rd Party vendor (Everfi/Lawroom) that provides 3 courses for us (scorm 1.2) and, on occasion, a person’s completion will be correctly updated in their system but will still show as incomplete in  Learn..  Is this something that is typical, with content created by 3rd parties, or should we push back to the vendor to resolve the issue?

If you are familiar with this issue, in your experience, does this only occur when someone does not click on the Stop button (to record course credit) prior to closing their browser or is it possible that a user could log out correctly and their completion status would still not be updated correctly in Learn (what would be those reasons)?  If the latter is true, what percentage should we expect this issue to occur?

Howdy, Stranger!
