Creating an Admin User without creating an Employee
SummaryWant to create an Admin User (that we already have 1 of) that has no linked employee account
Can someone help with instructions on creating an Admin User without creating an Employee card?
We have 1 user that already has this function and we use it to implement our integration from ERP (Fusion) to EPM (Budgeting System Oracle).
I looked online and can see someone mentioned "Oracle Enterprise Manager" but i have no idea how to access this and whether i even have a user linked to this.
Would appreciate any guidance.
