EPM Automate runbusinessrule Entity dimension error

When running a business rule using the runbusinessrule EPM Automate command, it fails with an error message regarding the Entity dimension run time prompt value.


I am trying to run a business rule using the runbusinessrule EPM Automate command.  I have some of the run time prompt variables hidden and using a default value.  For the Period and Year run time prompt, I am passing values with the command.  It doesn't matter which rule I'm running, the rule fails with an error stating:

Entity dimension should contain at least one member as run time prompt value.

The Entity run time prompt is set using a formula like
