When we create a SR, we have to enter customer first, then we can select IB asset. I see two issues,

1. IB asset LOV is defaulted with asset number search. Most of the time, customer knows their product SN# instead of IB asset number. Can we enable SN# for search by default? I know we can open IB asset LOV then search with SN# in search window, but that is not a good user experience which involves multiple clicks.

2. Since IB carries most of the customer information (eg. customer name, account, ship-to/bill-to address etc), can we allow user to enter IB SN# then auto-populate customer information as well?
