Summary

We can report on reasons for rejections - but what about reasons for hiring someone?

We have a requirement to be able to document a reason for hiring a candidate.

How can we best achieve this?

It is currently not possible to use Reason Groups for this or to log comments when moving candidate in the Candate Selection Process. We need to log it somewhere where we afterwards can report on it.
