Absence Balances

Hi all - I am working on a report to show absences taken during a period of time, and I have it just fine for calculating how many absences someone has taken in a calendar year.  However, I am working on absences taken in an anniversary year.  I understand the Plan Period Start Date is not a field for us to report on yet, so am trying to do a workaround.

So if someone has their absence plan balances reset on their anniversary (based on plan enrollment date), I would look at the day/month of that enrollment start date but then the year of the current year.  I can work out the formula if I can just figure out how to pull day/month off a date...unfortunately I cannot get EVALUATE to work and it doesn't seem to like it if I strip the month and strip the day and then CONCAT together.

Howdy, Stranger!
