ServiceInvocationError in Oracle DB adatper

Hi Experts,

I have dragged a DB adapter and using "Perform an operation on a Table" or "Run SQL Query" operation. When I use the DB adapter in Scope activity, I don't see DB Adapter: serviceInvocationError named error handler in Scope. But When I use one Stored procedure I see the same but with different Stored procedures, it is not added (DB Adapter: serviceInvocationError). Both the stored procedure accepts the input parameters while the first one sends the response back and another doesn't.

I'm confused now, in which all conditions DB Adapter: serviceInvocationError added in Fault Handler.

Can someone help me with the same?
