Work History Content type

Hello,

we activate the content type Work history". In this way during the application form the candidate can insert the information related to his work history in the timeline section. What i notice is that on the candidate profile i'm able to see the work history section but when i convert the candidate into an employee in the "skill and qualification" section on his profile i'm not able to see the "Work history" content type?

Is this normal? or the Work history is visualized on another part of the system?

Moreover the subscriber of the content type work hisotry are the same of the other one (languagge, certification etcc) that are show in the skill and qualification section.
