Ship to Org LOV not returning

Summary

I am able to run a report from the Procure to Pay Real Time subject area and the column returns Organization Name, but the same column in the parameter does not return values

When using the Procure to Pay RT SA, I have a prompt column of 'Ship to Organization.Organization Name' but it returns blank in the LOV. The same column is used in the analysis and the values are populated when run. Is this related to security access or an issue with OTBI?
