Updating approval process by submitting a feed or import tempIate via SmartView or using the API. 

Company would like to use an external workflow software in order to track progress of tax provision.  We would like to connect the external software with TRCS's Approvals functionality in order to sync the review status of each entity's tax provision because we have many entities involved in the process and would like to automate progress tracking. Currently we do not see a way to interact with the Approvals functionality outside of the web browser.
