Find parent value in CoA hierarchy for balancing segment in OTBI

As an investment fund manager , my company closes the periods per FUND which is defined in the hierarchy of the Balancing Segment Chart of Accounts. As per Oracle's best practice we have a ledger setup per country.

The business is requireing the AP dashboard I'm creating to assist with period close to be filtered based on the CoA hierarchy on the top level (below T).

Is there any way to do this? Our CoA is BI enabled and I can find some of the fields in OTBI, but not the parent(s).
