Embedding Java script into the App

Hi,

I have a VBCS mobile that is up and running but I wanted to change its design so I applied the codes I've got from the front-end developer and I had the following JS lines that I've got stuck with the way they should be added. I added the function as attached in the image but not sure how first four lines should be added for the JQuery, pooper.jas and bootstrap.
