FCCS_10 custom rule functions strange

Dear Experts,

We've built the following rule in FCCS_10 and found it is functioning a bit strange. Basically we are expecting to populate the amount for "MM_EQUIT_1011"(account) on "Primary Balance"(movement) from the Closing Balance of account "A3110100". The problem is that the correct amount will not be populated without consolidating two times -_-|||. For example, if the Closing Balance of "A3110100" changes from 100 to 200, it will  impact the left side account "MM_EQUIT_1011" only if I run consolidation twice, and at the same time changing any of the data on that entity again... Any idea about what has been missed?
