Summary

Unable to view or edit Apex page in Page designer

Content

When clicking on a page in the page designer to edit the page the error occurs.

The error also occurs when selecting quick edit in the application and selecting a region.

The error started yesterday morning and still persists.

I'm using the always free service and the autonomous transaction processing database.

As a result of the error unable to do perform any activities  in the application.
