Cannot access Oracle Apex on ATP Always Free License

Hi! 

My Oracle ATP on Autonomous suddenly stopped running. Facing ORDS error 503 Service Unavailable. 

I have tried to restart the Database but no use. I am facing this issue since 12 Hours Today.

Cannot raise a SR because I am using Always Free License.
