EDMCS Error - Node Already Exists in the Hierarchy Set

Hi,

We have set up "Line of Business" dimension in EDMCS for a custom application (PCMCS) and when we try to add a new node to it's viewpoint, it throws a validation error as in the screenshot below. We are getting the same error regardless of what the Member Name we are defining.

A couple of things to note here are:

1. We are trying to add primary members and not shared ones. Hence we have "Allow shared nodes" turned off.

2. We have the list of orphan nodes and the members we are trying to add are not a part of that list.
