Error when trying to associate asset in Subscription Management covered levels

Entity row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000196568634 ] is not found in ProductAssociationsEO.


I created a new subscription management contract, added a product (e.g. SRVGS12), then navigated to covered level for this product and pressed button 'Add covered level'. I select Covered Level Type = Asset and then tried to enter the Asset Number. I'm able to find the asset number and I can select it but when I press the button Save and continue, the following error message is shown: 'Entity row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000196568634 ] is not found in ProductAssociationsEO.'

What do I miss?

The asset I created is associated to the same customer for which I'm creating the subscription. The item I created is associated to multiple organizations, and it has same attributes as other items which are working fine
