Rule to require support on a rec based on absolute value of the balance and Reviewer frequency

Does anyone know how to write a rule for the following requirement? :

The Preparer is required to attach support when these 2 conditions are met:

1. The absolute value of the rec balance is 500K or greater

2. AND the frequency of the period matches the Reviewer frequency.

So for example, if the rec is prepared monthly and reviewed quarterly, the Preparer only needs to attach support on the Quarter
