Learning video content in mobile can we disable learner from running it forward?

Hello ,

In learning we have a course in a specialization of content video.

We wouldn’t like the learner to be able to run the video by himself,but watch till the end. It’s working fine.

But when connecting to the specialization course from mobile - the learner manages to run the video forward by himself.

How can we control it ? And have it in the mobile the same as regular ?
