Using LIKE with FILTER() in an Analysis

I am trying to build a simple tile that gives the total number of employees with a job name that contains 'Director'. Example - 'Director of Compliance'
I run into errors trying to use the FILTER function in this case - FILTER("Worker Assignment"."Head Count" USING (DESCRIPTOR_IDOF("Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time"."Job"."Job Name") LIKE('%Director%')))
Has any one encountered similar situation? Are there any workarounds?
