... because appliance shape not available

Hi guys,

I've create a free account in Oracle cloud to test using the database services in the cloud.

I noticed in the Limits and Quota page that I am eligible to create instances from the shapes "standard-e2-core-count" or "standard-e2-micro-core-count". Yet, when I wanted to create the VM database service, the available server shapes were VM.Standardx.y.

I selected the option "VM.Standard1.1" which has the least specs.

However, I received the following error:

"You have reached your service limit of 0 Virtual Machine CPU Cores in this Availability Domain. Please try launching the instance in a different Availability Domain or Region, or try using a different shape. If you have reached all Service limits, please contact Oracle support to request a limit increase."
