Business Unit – Bolton BU

Inventory Org – PUR and MAY

Employee Default BU – Bolton BU and Org PUR (Assigned to BU)

Item – ABC assigned to both Org PUR and MAY.

 

“MAY” Inventory org only stores material and should be always source for IMT request. And PUR does not store material and it created just for the defaulting purpose on non inv Purchase Orders.

 

 

Scenario:

 

Requester create IMT request with Item ABC and system defaults the source as PUR Inv Org and gives option to requestor to change the Source Org as MAY
