VBCS Business Object performance constraints

We use VBCS Business Objects (BO) to handle with application data (mostly read access), but some of our developers are concerned about possible BOs performance issues, if there are more than 5 concurrent users working with the same BO.

  • Are the concerns legitimate?
  • Are there any constraint by using VBCS BOs?
  • Are there any “good practises” for using BOs?
