Limited number of workflows to approve at a time

Hi Team,
Good day! Just wanted to ask if anyone as experienced screen timeouts while approving termination workflow tasks? Per client:
"All 3 Field HRBPs have had an issue of being able to only approve up to a certain number of workflows (about 10 to 12 workflows at a time) before they get logged out and have to log back in. Sometimes they cannot log back in right away and need to wait a few minutes. I've asked what browser they are using and they all confirmed they are using Chrome. They've tried approving from the bell icon or going to their worklist (under Tools) and experience the same issues from both areas. They are also not taking any breaks in between approving so it's not as if HCM times out.
