Data Management - duplicate records loaded

Hi All,

I am pulling data from "PBCS" TO "PCMCS". When I execute data load only for a year I see correct data, but when I execute data load for two years in a single go I see twice the data(In workbench I see two rows for each intersection).

Eg :
Oct-20 data is correct if I run the data load process for Oct-20 to Dec-20 . (It loads data for all 3 periods).
Oct-20 data is double if I run data load process for Oct-20 to Dec-21. (Loads double data for all 15 periods).

Can anyone please provide some suggestions on what might be wrong.
