Object Storage error

Object storage console "Error retrieving values"

When i try to login to the console and view the Object storage, I am not able to view the buckets and it shows the error: "Error retrieving values" and a create bucket button. When i try to create a bucket, it shows "t.headers is undefined" It was working fine but one day, it just starts throwing errors. I have tried it in different browsers, different users and different PCs, it throws the same error. Any idea why this error occurs and how to rectify it?
