password expiry emails but I don't find my domain name listed when I go in to update my password

Gotten two emails now reminding me to change my password for my domain Identity Domain: a454031 Data Center/Region: us2

Clicking the link in the email to update the password takes me to page that says :  No active services match the currently selected filter.  This is for identity Domain a454031

I've been able to update my password in the past, but now I've gotten two reminders on email but get this "no active services" error when I go and click the link provided.  This is a gen1 account, is it de-commissioned?  and if so, should I still be getting these reminder emails?
