HSDL for 20C element entry costing Object.. not taking sequence number on its own

hi All,

We have multiple entries for the same period which are split by entry sequence and it is working with PBL but now I am facing new issues with the HSDL option.          

In one of the recent post it was mentioned that the element entry costing object for HSDL was designed to make sure that we don't have to worry about the sequence number i.e we will choose numbers 1 2 3 only but internally it will fetch required values and put the correct sequence numbers but I am finding 2 errors.

1.element entry count auto sequence adjustment feature is not working for 20c.
