Hello,

I want to create new specific skills for top management but the settings I made do not work.

Quick history for your information, last year we created :
- about fifteen model job profiles associated with specific jobs and including specific skills,
- and another job profile model called "alljobs-custom" associated with all our business families and including more standard skills.

Employees with a job that did not belong to the first 15 model profiles then had the list of standard skills from the "alljobs-custom" profile.

Today, I would like to add a model profile for several professions corresponding to managers and associate a list of specific skills to it (until now they had the standard skills).

Howdy, Stranger!
