Control view and order of columns in WMS UI tabs

Is it possible to set a default order, or 'view', of the columns in any given screen?

Hello, 

Currently in WMS, if I order columns in any tab, for example the OBLPN tab, and save the view, that new saved view/order is now what all others will see when they access the OBLPN tab. If they do not want that order, they can then move columns around to their liking, causing a bit of a column scuffle. 

Is there a way to either set and lock a default view for each group, or remove the ability for certain permission levels to reorder columns?
