1. We need functionality to filter out incompatible objects that cause errors and prevent Data Security Policies from transferring when they exists.

Example:

Developer A creates an object manually in development environment A, and Developer B manually creates the same object in environment B, but gives a menu within the object a different name. Currently once this incompatible state exists the process will error and not transfer Data Security Policies and the only way to fix is to run a custom SQL script on the database. This is not an easy thing to get approved in the Cloud. There needs to be a way to filter or remove these elements from the migration when they exist.
