Task reassignment notification is generated to entire FCCS community instead of only getting triggered to the users assigned (changed) on that task



One of my customers is saying that when a task is reassigned from user A to user B an email notification is being triggered to their entire FCCS community which is an inconvenience as everyone is getting spammed with these emails even if they are not involved in that task.

What the issue seems to be is that there are User groups assigned on the tasks along with the individual users but what the customer is saying is that the users are assigned to different groups as per the dimension security which needs to be there for every user. This is the only way they can enter or view the data in FCCS. They are not able to understand how this security can be a conflict when the users are not assigned any tasks in the system.
