Access to create New Datamodel for running SQL Queries



  Now that Oracle has taken away "Dynamic SQL" parameters for BIP Reports in 20D, it has become a major setback for our Support Analysts.  We used a vendor developed SQL Tool which used to work just fine and let you write SQL Queries just like a SQL Developer tool outside the Application.  As this is gone, we are now forced to use Painful BIP Data model to run some complex queries. This is increasing the Analysts time and adding to the pain points.  I don't know how Oracle expects us to write some complex queries in just a small
