Unable to save reconfigured model using REST API

Trying to reconfigure model using REST API.

Invoked following APIs,

Reconfigure from Transaction(_reconfigure_action) > Reconfigure Model (_reconfigureTxn ) > Save Reconfiguration (_save)

On Save, getting response that 'Configuration is incomplete. Please make further changes and try again.' I was able to reconfigure model from UI and save without modifying any attribute.

What is missing here?
