SQL based LOV in Custom Object FIeld.

Hi,

We Created an object in Application composer. Our requirement is to create a LOV type field where all PO Number (Created Till now) is available and we can select it.

Right now we can either create Fixed LOV type fields where we have to attach an already created list of values or create a new one. and fetch their values.

OR we can create Dynamic LOV type Field where we need to Choose the Object Name and it's filed, and fetch the values of that filed.

But this time we want to have a filed where we can show all the purchase Order crated till now as an LOV in Our Custom Object. Please let me know how to achieve this Req.
