Forms customization by configuration?

In Fusion Financials is it possible to customize form appearance, behaviour etcetara by configuration?

Hi,

 

my Oracle knowledge comes mainly from e-Business. In e-Business suite you could customize form behaviour and appearance either by amending custom library or by using the form customization features to configure changes of tags, control appearance and visibility, buttons, it was even possible to utilise plsql logic in the form to change form behaviours at runtime.

Are these options available in Fusion Financials and if so could you kindly point me at a reference document that details their usage and best practise?
