How to create action/link to open a custom object's Create page?

On an account, there are quick actions like Create Task, Create Appointment, and Create Service Request. Once clicked, it opens the create page for the corresponding object and autofills the Account.

We need to align this functionality with a custom object related to the account.

 

Custom Object Name – Request

Relationship of Account to custom object Request – 1:M

 

I know we can add this as a subtab on the account, but it really does not need to be there at all. Is it possible to add a custom button/link/action on the Account details page to open the Request
