POST method not working when switching online/offline mode

I have an issue about saving data in BO when an aplication have to work both in online and offline mode

Hi, i need some help to solve a problem i have about working when switching online-offline mode.

I created a BO named "LecturaTanques", which is set to Public Shared cache. Then I created a simple page with a button "Insertar" which inserts a new record into the BO LecturaTanques.

After that, i copied and the JS code in order to make it work in offline mode.

Here is the problem:
