Hi Everyone,
We're considering exploring Taleo Social Sourcing and I'd love to gather as much information that I can if you are an organization that uses it.
Do you like it / recommend it? How much more can you do in sourcing that you don't have the ability to do without it (is it worth)? Difficulty of implementation? Cost?
What I'm most excited about is the career site. Managing the career site in TEE is such a pain because of the branding file. We can't modify anything because we don't have the skill set to update the branding file. It's very outdated. I also have heard that the referral process is easier too. What other benefits are there?
